I work in a rather huge company for over a month now but as you can tell I am still on a probation, which obviously is not that great for me because if I do something wrong I can be fired right away. Of course I am doing my best to fit in and to adjust myself to their needs but this is extremely hard at times. Frankly speaking, sometimes I am barely even able to manage to do the things they want me to do. I had absolutely little experience when I got employed and my employer knew about that, nevertheless, he gave me a change. However, he told me that if I fail more than once he will fire me right of the bat. It is hard to work like that because I have little experience in this kind of work and they really require solid work from their employees. Of course, I am one those employees even though I am on my trial period and I have to work like everyone. There is no easy treatment for me. Today I was told to find some rack accessories and I could not find them. The worst thing is that people here are like sheep, they work silently and will not help you. I do not know whether this job is the right one for me. I mean, I am very outgoing and they act like bunch of zombies. Even when I asked someone about the rack accessories they were afraid to help me.
